Windows vista DVD no Aparece

Algunas maquinas dan problemas en el driver de DVD o CDROM, por algun problemas al trabajar en la unidad optica, a continuación el error y la solución.

“Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19)”

Abrir el regedit.

Buscar la llave:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

y eliminar

LowFilter y/o UpperFilter

Reiniciar luego de hacer estos cambios
